The seed originated, in part, from a day ride taken in the late summer of 06 by a group of five riders from South Lake Tahoe a round trip ride over Monitor Pass via Topaz Lake / Casino was just the ticket to get the buzz going. The Tahoe Blue Riders is a group of motorcycle loving enthusiasts of all ages who enjoy riding, touring, socializing and just having a good time. The Tahoe Blue Riders is a chartered American Motorcyclist Association (AMA) Social Club. We are a group of motorcycle owners who ride and tour together and enjoy the fun and camaraderie that result from those activities.

The Club currently has over 40 members, some are novices, some are highly experienced, and most are somewhere in-between. We ride everything from Harleys to Triumphs to BMW’s and Honda’s.

Weekly Rides
To encourage our members to get out and ride, the Club offers a variety of rides each week during the season including Tuesday Night Riders, Thursday Night Rides Saturday Rides and Sunday Rides.

Club Meetings
Our formal club meeting is held the last Thursday night of the months at Lakeside Inn and Casino with dinner at 6PM and the meeting at 7PM.

Other Activities
Spontaneous group rides often develop. There's the annual club Christmas party in December. During the course of the year many club members ride together throughout the West. We also contribute to our favorite charity the Boys & Girls Club of South Lake Tahoe.
Additionally we provide support for a variety of South Lake Tahoe official bicycle events throughout the spring summer and fall.
